Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display content without permission.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 30% of a course is completed, subject to verification.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any features. Do not upload unlawful or infringing materials.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Voxward Atelier or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Restoration results vary based on material condition and user skill.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxward Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services or content.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
